Dr. Novey Is a 1994 Graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He joined the practice in 1995 as a Primary Care Optometrist detecting and treating certain eye diseases, comprehensive eye exams, and contact lens fittings.
Early on he worked alongside Dr. Leeds Katzen in the Management of Pre and Post Operative Cataracts. Then, for 12 years served as Clinical Director of Externship Services, Adjunct Faculty at Southern College of Optometry and instructor for CCBC Ophthalmic Medical Assistant Program. Currently, he provides Medical Management of Glaucoma as he continues Primary Care Services.
Born in Clearfield, a small town in Pennsylvania, he learned dedication and a high standard of excellence while working in the family business. He enjoys camping, motorcycling, travel and being with family.
