If you’ve been researching LASIK, you already know that
there can be vast differences in the prices of LASIK depending
on what facilities you contact. After hearing all of the prices,
trying to decide where you want to go can be very confusing.
You may find yourself asking “Are all of these different
prices for the same treatment?” As you already know,
the big price differences are probably not for the same treatment,
so you may want to find out a little more information about
what is included in the quoted fees.
Some price-related questions you may want
to ask are:

2. Does your price include pre-operative and post-operative
care?
3. Are enhancements included in the price or do they carry
an additional charge?
4. Is there a charge for the evaluation?
5. How much experience does the doctor have?

Fees for LASIK at Katzen Eye Group:
At Katzen Eye Group, we pride ourselves
on quality patient care and fair pricing. Patients can schedule
an evaluation with our highly experienced doctors free of
charge with no obligation. During the evaluation, the doctor
will explain which of our procedures is best for the patient
and why. We do not vary our fees based on prescription;
however, we offer two procedures-standard and custom- which
are each appropriate for different prescription levels.
Our surgical fee includes pre-operative care as well as
one year of LASIK related post-operative care including
your first comprehensive “annual” eye exam.
Enhancements, using the same technology, are also covered
at no charge for the first year. If you find you need an
enhancement at anytime after the first year, using the same
technology, you would incur an administrative fee of $250
per eye to cover the costs of using the laser. If you have
